All our products are handcrafted by us, hence it might have slight irregularities which only add to its beauty. Each of our products is one and only one piece in its own kind as we don’t mass produce things.
REFUND POLICY:
WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURNS/REFUNDS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED, WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE AND CREDIT-NOTE under special circumstances, which can be ONLY be redeemed on the moodandmetal’s website.

NOTE: We don’t provide returns/refunds on orders once placed on our website.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED, WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE AND CREDIT-NOTE under special circumstances, which can be ONLY be redeemed on the moodandmetal’s website.
We accept Returns and Exchanges only if

- Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered

- Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt

- Complaint has been raised within 24 hours of delivery

- Post 24 hours, no requests for exchange will be entertained
We request all our users to record the shipment they receive and make a video of unboxing the package always. If in case they receive a damaged product or a different product, then this video will help in fast approval of exchange of items.

- Items sent back without intimation will not be accepted

- Coupon codes cannot be applied to Exchange orders / Credit Notes

- In case a credit note is issued, it cannot be redeemed on items on sale

- No returns shall be accepted on products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores
- We only exchange the damaged products or the wrongly delivered products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product(s).\
REPAIR POLICY:
At present, we at moodandmetal.com do not provide any repair for our products. We are working hard day and night in building our team and very soon will start providing this service also.
All our customers, please note at the present – we don’t provide repair for the products sold.
As soon as we start providing this service, we will update it in our policies.
