We proudly offer shipping services free of cost for orders above ₹ 499 PAN INDIA and for orders below ₹ 499 separate shipping charges are added (₹ 80) to the order. We have partnered exclusively with reputable and dependable national and international courier companies like DHL, FedEx, DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees etc. to guarantee your satisfaction.

 

 

2. SHIPPING METHOD – INDIA

• We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders above ₹ 499 within India.
• A shipping fee of ₹ 80/- is applied to all orders below ₹ 499.
• We are really sorry to say that COD is not available at the moment with us. But we are working day and night to bring that option for our valued customers soon.
• All prices listed are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

3. SHIPPING METHOD – OUTSIDE INDIA

At this moment we don’t accept orders from outside INDIA on our website. But, rest assured you can contact us at  +91-7973950212 and you can place orders manually with us and we will deliver them to you via DTDC, FedEx, etc. Shipping charges will be based on the country where we will have to deliver. Rest assured we will fulfill your delivery at the best service rates and fastest mode possible.

 

 

4. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

• Each of our exquisite pieces is meticulously crafted to order.
• You will receive an email notification when your order is confirmed. Our team will contact you to confirm the details.
• We dispatch your order within 1 – 2 working days, and it will get delivered within 4 – 7 days PAN INDIA depending upon the location of your shipping address; excluding any delays if happens – including but not limited to – natural calamity, state or national emergencies, pandemics, etc.
• Customization requests may require additional time, accompanied by a ₹200/- fee.
• Please note that we do not offer exchanges for customized orders. Please refer to our Exchange & Repair Policy for clarity

5. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

• We dispatch your order within 1 – 2 working days, and it will get delivered within 4 – 7 days PAN INDIA depending upon the location of your shipping address; excluding any delays if happens – including but not limited to – natural calamity, state or national emergencies, pandemics, etc.
• Our courier partner is equipped to deliver shipments between Monday and Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) from 10 AM to 6 PM.
• Requests for address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
• To ensure smooth communication, please provide your correct phone number & email address with every order.
• We share the tracking order ID from the courier service provider with the client and they can track the order using that ID.
• Rest assured we use the best services available in the market to deliver your order as soon as possible with love and care.

6. TRACKING INFORMATION

• To assist in tracking your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances, especially if they are attributed to our delivery partner.
• Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DURATION

• Kindly NOTE: You will not be able to place orders from outside INDIA.
• At present – If you are visiting our website from outside INDIA and want to place an order with us, kindly contact us via phone, email, etc.
• While we make every effort to deliver each item in your international order within 07-10 working days, customs-related delays may occur, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes.
• Shipping charges and transit times will vary based on the destination. All international packages are dispatched through DHL/ FedEx.
• Transit times are valid from Monday to Saturday.
