3.Can I get my order customized?

At MoodandMetal we use high-quality materials like stones, pearls, crystals, and fabrics. Check each product description for specific details before ordering.


5. Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed. Exchanges are only possible for damaged or incorrectly delivered products.
 
6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.

7. What to do if my order has an item missing or damaged?


We recommend that all customers record a video of themselves unboxing the package upon delivery. In the event that you receive a damaged or missing item, this video will greatly assist in the quick approval process for an exchange or replacement. 8. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we do not accept international orders directly through our website. However, you can still place orders from outside INDIA by reaching out to us on WhatsApp at (+91) 7973950212 and we will assist you with a manual order process. Please go through our shipping policy to understand the costs involved, time durations, etc.

9. What payment options are available?


At present, we accept payments via Debit card, Credit card, UPI, Google Pay, Paytm, and Net Banking. Please NOTE: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at present.


10. In how many days my order will be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 – 2 working days. Delivery takes 4 – 7 days throughout INDIA, depending on your location. For more information please go through our shipping policy.
